In conducting our business, NuVista needs to maintain records and information about its employees, contractors, vendors, landowners, unitholders and other business associates. We value and respect the rights of these individuals to personal privacy. We collect and use only information that is necessary for us to administer our business effectively, efficiently and in a safe and reliable fashion. This information is only for the appropriate internal use of NuVista and will not be shared or used for other purposes unless permitted or required by law.

You may visit this Website without registering or providing any personal information. Further, we have not implemented any "cookies" on this Website for gathering personal information. We collect traffic data for this Website to generate statistics and aggregate reports for its internal use. These statistics and aggregate reports will not contain any personal information.

Personal information, such as your name and e-mail address, will only be collected if you make an enquiry to us. Subject to this policy and applicable laws and regulations, we will only use your personal information for the purpose of responding to an enquiry that you may make and for no other purpose whatsoever. Providing your personal information to us will constitute your consent to our using and, where applicable, disclosing your personal information pursuant to this policy.

Where we decline to modify your information, we will annotate the information to that effect and provide you with our reasons for that decision. All such requests must be in writing and will be responded to within the time provided by applicable law, which is generally 45 days but which may be extended in certain circumstances.

Please note that your right to access to your information is not absolute. For example, there is some information we cannot legally provide, such as the personal information of another individual. There is also some information we may choose not to provide, such as information obtained in the course of an investigation, opinions in certain circumstances, confidential commercial information and information subject to solicitor client privilege.
