Formed through the reorganization of Bonavista Petroleum
Ltd. in July 2003, NuVista is engaged in exploration,
development and production activities on properties

management of controllable costs.
The business combination with Rider Resources Ltd. on March 4, 2008 created an intermediate exploration and production company with a concentrated asset base and technical teams in place to deliver balanced growth by investing capital in shallow gas, deep gas, heavy oil, and acquisitions.
