Kevin J. Christie

Mr. Christie has 33 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. Mr. Christie was appointed Vice President Exploration of NuVista Energy Ltd. in June 2008. From July 1999 to January 2008, Mr. Christie was Vice President of Exploration for TAQA North Ltd. (formerly Northrock Resources Ltd.). Prior thereto, Mr. Christie held various positions at Gulf Canada Resources

Mr. Christie has a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Geology from the University of Calgary as well as post graduate Industry and University sponsored courses in Management, Economics, Geophysics and Engineering. Mr. Christie is a member of the Association of Professional Engineers, Geologists and Geophysicists in Alberta and N.W.T.
