Dan B. McKinnon

Mr. McKinnon was appointed as Vice President Engineering of NuVista Energy Ltd. in January 2008. Prior thereto, Mr. McKinnon was a senior exploitation engineer with NuVista commencing in January 2005 and then Manager, Business Planning of NuVista commencing in July 2007. Prior to NuVista, Mr. McKinnon held exploitation and operations engineering positions with Bonavista Energy Trust, Midnight Oil & Gas Ltd., Capture Energy Ltd., Rio Alto Exploration and Norcen Energy.

He has a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Manitoba and is a member of the Association of Professional Engineers, Geologists & Geophysicists of Alberta.
