NuVista Energy Ltd.

Mr. Andreachuk joined NuVista Energy Ltd. In August 2006 as Controller and was appointed Vice President and Controller in May 2009. Prior to joining NuVista, Mr. Andreachuk held Controller positions with Petrofund Energy Trust, Ultima Energy Trust and Renata Resources Inc. and worked in the Finance Department at Rio Alto Exploration, Nexen and Norcen Energy Resources Limited. Mr. Andreachuk has over 19 years of experience in the oil and gas industry.

Mr. Andreachuk holds a Bachelor of Management Degree from the University of Lethbridge and is a Certified Management Accountant.
